We're halfway!

We are at 21 weeks pregnant today. We found out 2 weeks ago we are having our 3rd baby boy. I feel very blessed to be the mother of 3 boys. Someday, if God wills it, I will have a daughter. The time just wasn't right for this one. We're tooling around with his name right now, but will post it as soon as we are more concrete.

My sister in law, Danielle is also pregnant and due 3 days before me! It's been so much fun to be pregnant with my sister. They found out last week they are having their 2nd daughter. It seems we'll have the boys and they'll have the girls. We can trade off on weekends and share the love, lol. We are all very excited that the cousins will grow up so close in age.

Adoption is still an entirely feasible option. It might be the only way we'll get our girl! lol But right now our finances just can't handle it. We'll have to wait some years before we can watch our family grow again.

We've had an interesting summer so far. Beach, trips to Crossville, weddings, family reunion. We spent about 2 months without a/c. THAT was an adventure. Our attic a/c unit is giving us trouble now. So let's hope that one can be fixed relatively inexpensively. Although, having lived in the heat for so long and being given the a/c back for a couple short weeks....I would be willing to pay just about anything to keep that a/c running. Especially considering the little heater I'm carrying in my belly. Who needs groceries if you have a cool house? ;o)

I heard Max get in to the pantry and rustle around. Then he ran through the living room with a granola bar in hand. I stopped him and said, "Max, you didn't ask if you could have a snack." He replied, "Batman needs a snack and Batman doesn't ask. That's why."
